About Therapeutic Heights
Therapeutic Heights is a short Oculus Rift game that was released a week ago (February 18, 2015).
There isn’t much to this game other than just relaxing in an “unusual” environment where you have an option to either stand up, move around, sit, or just lay down on the comfortable mattress (at least that’s what I would imagine it to be).
What is unusual about it is that you are going to be wondering around in a cabin that is floating high up in the sky amidst the light rain and thunder storm. As this simulation is just for the relaxation, there is no danger of falling down from the cabin, or crash landing somewhere on the British coast line.
You also have the option of playing your favorite tracks by going in the specific file location and placing your desired music there. What is quite amusing is that you can even see the radio (from which your music will be played) on the shelves just above the pillows that are on the ground.
Even though it may be a bit scary for some, as the window seems to be non-existent, it really creates this comfy feeling inside of me that makes me want to just lay down and relax. If I had an opportunity to pack my things and move in that cozy place, I would totally do that. I would only hope there is a portable electricity source so I can take my PC with me.
If you want to try this game out, feel free to download it here. It only weights about 300 MB, and over 1,000 people have downloaded it within this very week.
